Asha is a passionate storyteller and lover of engaging content.
As an NCTJ qualified journalist she has been producing content for more than 30 years. She’s been a news reporter, features editor and arts editor and has edited several national business magazines. Asha is also a seasoned awards scriptwriter and co-organiser for London business awards ceremonies.
Today Asha coaches SMEs on the art of great storytelling and produces written and digital content for PR clients through her business Turquoise Tiger. Asha’s experience spans writing for regional press, breaking national news stories, and launching the world’s first interactive magazine for Twitter, which drew numerous accolades and awards nods, as well as a testimonial from Stephen Fry.
Married with five fur babies, she loves nothing more than bringing people and communities together to stimulate debate and encourage learning, understanding and positive change.

Michelle is a driven business woman with a passion for inspiring people. She has been in business for more than 18 years running retail stores, training in accountancy as well as running a national distribution business. Michelle has now founded a leading transport industry consultancy company with her husband and is well known within the industry.
Total Compliance helps the transport and logistics industry with compliance, management and training, with a fresh approach. Michelle is also a wife and mum to three children and loves spending time with them.
She is always looking to help and inspire people by continually taking opportunities to do so like being part of TEDxPeterborough, charity work and inspiring people everywhere she goes. There is always a smile. You will also always hear an audiobook in her car and a book in her handbag as she fills her mind with daily instructional and motivational material from great leaders of all time.
