Emma Sheardown

From the day that Emma was born life threw a variety of challenges.

She suffered brain damage at birth and at 14 months old was diagnosed with Quadrapledgic Cerebral Palsy.

Emma’s parents were told that she wouldn’t walk or talk and her future looked uncertain.

By the age of six, after years of various therapy programs, she finally stood up and took her first steps, unaided – Emma remembers saying “Look Mum, I can walk!”

Twelve years later she embarked on a new challenge when she was selected to represent Great Britain in Para Dressage. During her career, Emma represented GB at European and World Championships and became World and European Champion.

Emma is now focusing on her Motivational Speaking career.

I want to inspire, I want to encourage, I want to Motivate and I want to prove ‘There is No Such Word As Can’t!,” says Emma.

A short life expectancy changes you, says Adam. No time for lazy, self-absorbed people.

He had a plethora of jobs before seeing the bigger picture – changing the health destiny of the western world on the back of changing his own through diet.

Pie in the sky? His clients’ results speak volumes. Funny how his original plan was to become an anaesthetist, spend his life putting people to sleep.

Now through Intelligent Eating he wakes them up.
